2. Services Offered Our services include:

• Assisting with account reinstatement and issue resolution.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

4. Service Limitations While we strive to provide accurate and effective guidance, we cannot guarantee:

• That your Amazon account will be reinstated after suspension.
• Specific business outcomes or financial results.
• Following our guidance will fully prevent account suspensions or other issues.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during consultations.
• Follow Amazon’s terms of service and policies.
• Implement recommendations and strategies at your own discretion and risk.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian business laws, including registration, tax obligations, and adherence to provincial and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business records as required under Canadian law.
• Promptly notify Self Canada of any changes in your business structure, ownership, or status that may affect the consultation or services provided.
• Avoid using our services to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, including the sale of counterfeit or unauthorized products.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments for services must be made in advance.
• Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, as determined by Self Canada.

7. Confidentiality

• We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
• You agree not to share proprietary materials, templates, or tools provided by us without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Disclaimer

• We are not affiliated with Amazon and do not represent Amazon in any capacity.
• All advice is based on our experience and knowledge of Amazon’s policies as of the time of consultation.
• We take no responsibility for any results or outcomes from using our services.

10. No Bullying Policy

• Bullying, harassment, defamation or abusive behavior towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

11. Intellectual Property

• All materials, including but not limited to templates, tools, and guides provided by Self Canada, are the intellectual property of Self Canada.
  
  
• Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
  
  
• Sharing or unauthorized use of our copyrighted materials will result in legal action, and you may be held liable for damages, including but not limited to financial losses, reputational harm, and legal costs.
  
  
• By using our services, you agree not to directly replicate or compete with our business model, materials, or services within Canada for a period of five years following the completion of our services.
  
  

13. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in unethical or illegal practices.

14. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

16. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold Self Canada harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

17. Force Majeure

• Self Canada shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.

Termination Due to Illegal, Fraudulent, or Unethical Activity

By making payment for services, whether in full or in installments, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which take effect upon the first payment. Self Canada reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to any client found to be involved in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities. These activities include, but are not limited to:

• The sale, distribution, or promotion of counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized products.
• Violation of applicable laws and regulations, including Canadian business laws, Amazon’s policies, or any other relevant laws governing the sale of products or online businesses.
• Engaging in fraudulent practices, misrepresentation, or deceitful conduct related to their Amazon business or any services provided by Self Canada.
• Any actions that may harm the reputation or integrity of Self Canada, Amazon, or other third parties.

If services are terminated due to such violations, the client will not be entitled to any refunds, and Self Canada will not be liable for any damages, financial losses, or legal consequences that arise from the client's actions. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Self Canada harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from their involvement in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
